Man, Brucie's bat-hat comes off easy. If Aunt Ma--I mean, Aunt Harri--I mean, Aunt Agatha can yoink it off like a hanky out of a pocket, then a strong wind should be able to succeed where most supervillians have failed. Not that it appears to have any sort of anchoring whatsoever; Robin's dimestore domino mask is more secure.
Frankly, it's a question that's needed asking for a long time now.
