It seems to me that Batman and Robin shouldn't be telling this class of grade-schoolers the precise location of the Bat-Cave, regardless of whether or not they pinkie-swore not to tell.
Bah, that's nothing. In "Batman & Robin" (the old-time movie serial, not...not, you know, THAT. That THING.), Bats and Robbie would zip around in Bruce Wayne's car, then park it in front of Wayne's "suburban mansion" (a normal house in an everyday neighborhood) and dash through the front door in full costume.
Sadly, Dr. Hugo Strange lived across the street, and he was a peeper. Soon the whole block went up in flames.
